I am delighted to have been asked to give a talk next week at Winterbourne House and Garden on Art Criticism and Reviews.
This forms part of the training programme given to The University of Birmingham’s Cultural Intern Scheme. The scheme supports and gives opportunities to graduates of the University in cultural organisations in the region such as The Rep, Sampad and Birmingham Museums Trust. Participants in the scheme are given paid placements which allow them to build skills and contacts.
I am looking forward to getting to know some of these promising graduates and to be delivering some more university-based teaching. And what a lovely location to spend an hour or two talking about art and culture!
