I’m delighted to be one of five recipients of a bursary to visit the 2014 Liverpool Biennial. The bursary is funded by Turning Point West Midlands and New Art Gallery Walsall and is designed to offer a funded chance for artists to visit the Biennial and write a report on their experiences for the Turning Point website.
The other recipients include Cathy Wade, Ryan Hughes, Bharti Parmar and Sparrow + Castice, so I’m in excellent company.
The Biennial runs from 5 July to 26 October 2014 at a range of sites across Liverpool.
I look forward to visiting the Biennial in the next few weeks and to writing about my time there. It will be fascinating to see how the others’ experiences and thoughts compare to my own!
